In spring 2024, Jess completed a 200-hour YTT certification at The Corner Yoga.

She currently guides all-levels & inclusive vinyasa and yin yoga classes.

With the word "Breathe" tattooed on her wrist, Jessica reminded herself of the connection between mind and breath long before practicing yoga. Amidst a hectic NYC lifestyle, discovering yoga provided her with ways to tackle anxiety, prioritize well-being, and discover the mind-body connection.

Through a lighthearted approach, Jessica combines traditional vinyasa with playful sequences and a dash of inspiration. Her classes create an uplifting environment where students of all levels can tap into their inner strength and leave feeling empowered. As a music fanatic, Jessica curates blended playlists that may have you singing out loud on your way out.
